For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with leaders navigating growth, change, and team dynamics. As an MBA, management consultant, and certified professional coach, I’ve partnered with organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies to support strategic change and operational, organizational, and systems improvements.
Across dozens of teams, I noticed a pattern: great people struggling to work well together — not due to lack of talent, but because they didn’t understand how to enable people to really show up fully in their work.
I created Resonant Leader Lab because I enjoy working with founders who genuinely care about their people and want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
